Children’s Privacy

RUNWAYKIT understands the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children using the Platform. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, and these children are not permitted to create their own account on RUNWAYKIT, unless their parent provides consent.

We may also share your information to administer features (e.g. music download, race registration, or workout routine).

However, like other companies, RUNWAYKIT cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us.


Modifying or Deleting Your Information

You can modify or delete your profile within certain RUNWAYKIT services, through your account. Your information previously posted may still be publicly viewable. RUNWAYKIT may keep information and content in our backup files and archives.


Regardless of the settings you select, RUNWAYKIT may send your service-related communications. To unsubscribe and stop receiving messages, please send an email to with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line. If you have unsubscribed from any RUNWAYKITcommunications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production.

Do Not Track

RUNWAYKIT does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, Safari allows you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked. The RUNWAYKIT Platform contains features that permit you to message content, upload content & attachments or comments to the Platform. If you have questions about how to remove content in a specific service or if you would like additional assistance with deletion you can contact our Support team directly here a Although we offer this deletion capability, you should be aware that the removal of content may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of that content or information posted through the services.

International Users

Our digital operations are conducted, in whole or in part, in the United States. Regardless of where you live, you consent to have your personal data transferred, processed and stored in the Microsoft Cloud, and allow RUNWAYKIT to use and collect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
